cant download whatsapp business on iphone

I switched off and switched on my iPhone, no use. I tried uninstalling and installing, just the I lost the access, but nothing changes. The app stopped working, I can see the messages as a pop up on screen, but not able to open the app. After the last update, which was two days, has caused serious problem.
